Paul Hinostroza, SQL Server Developer

This meeting will be first time that we have lightning talks. Lightning talks are short, 10-20 minute, presentations about a specific tip, trick, or concept. About Paul:
Paul is a SQL Server developer for fortune 500 company. His experience is process improvement, automation and developing processes for data migration, process improvement for data warehouse feeds and creating reports. His industry background is in healthcare, hospitality, education and recycling. He is a member of the SQL Pass Fairfield group and occasionally attends SQL Saturday events in NYC. His received his Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University. When he is not developing in SQL Server, he is working out, playing soccer or tennis or traveling.
